It's late in the day but there is still time for Canadians to rise up, if they have the backbone to do so.

This seems perfectly analogous to John McCains famous Iraq War "surge", all is failing, the entire narrative is collapsing, what do you do, double down on your theatrical enemy.

I agree that the fountainhead of all these nefarious pro-state anti-people ideas that percolate so quickly to the top of the Trudodsky minds is right here in Quebec. There is no real regard in this post-enlightenment province for the person as the true agent of conscience and ultimately democracy (not that Aristotle predicted democracy would turn out particularly well: just how many times have Canadians re-elected a Mr. T ?)

When people freely surrender their rights they will loose them all. Force can only be mer by an opposing force to end the tyranny. Then the perpetrators need to be hung by the neck until dead for the deaths they are guilty of through their tyrannical actions.

The last 2 years have made me stronger in my faith. I believe that prayer will save us one way or another: pray for heroes like all of us here who at the very least see through the lies and for more visible heroes like Joe Rogan. I also subscribe to QTR's substack: his most recent post compared his viewership to legacy media. Of note, Rogan has 11 million viewers, CNN about .75 million. Why? People are tiring of lies. Those 11 million are contagious in their confidence and knowledge.

We must remain steadfast and brave and protest peacefully in what ever manner we can. And pray, pray, pray!

And this is one of my biggest concerns with the OSHA mandate that was before the US Supreme Court today. Is it bad enough on its own? Yes. But a further concern is that what we have seen everywhere and over and over again is that the acceptance of one measure doesn't lead to "ah ha! And now the pandemic is over and we can return to normal!". No, it just leads to STILL MORE measures. Every chance the state is given to say "OK, we've done enough now, we can stop" is declined. By all appearances, in many geographies, they would enjoy this continuing forever, every new order less rationally defensible than the previous.

But yes, per the "pretending everything is fine", it does seem to be a real coping mechanism, including for many in the Church, to tell themselves "it's just easier to go along and not think too much about it". No doubt that would reduce your stress in the short term. But further evil waits along that path.
