In Newfoundland, we have Masses which I term as "discrimination Masses"; on Sat vax attend; on Sun unvax attend; that is in one parish, it is reversed in the other parish in our area. Weekdays no vax requirement. I told my pastor since I cannot change it or stop it, I will not attend any Mass and have not done so since mid-Dec. As educated priests and bishop, they most of all must recognize this is discrimination. As well, I informed him my medical information is no one's business but mine and I will not show proof of vax or identification in a church I have financially supported for thirty years. And I told him no one asked for my vax passport when they were looking for money for fundraising. And of course, we still have to wear a mask which the mandatory lay person is at the door to "ensure" is worn properly---I don't and am fed up with fighting with them. I miss receiving the Lord in the Eucharist but I'm standing my ground---I pray for the shepherds of the flock. God have mercy on them and on me.

I attend 2 churches in Ontario. At both places of worship, there are people who haven't been to church in 2 years: they only watch on youtube if that. I honestly don't know if our local church leaders see what is happening.
